By creating an account or using Fireside Saints, you agree to these Terms and our Community Standards and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Fireside.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter a binding agreement, and permitted to use Fireside under applicable law. You may not use Fireside if you have been removed for violating these Terms unless we authorize your return.
Your account
Provide accurate information, keep login credentials secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account. One person may not maintain deceptive, impersonating, or unauthorized duplicate accounts.
Acceptable use
You agree to follow the Community Standards and not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, access it through unauthorized automated means, reverse engineer it where prohibited, collect member data without permission, evade safety controls, or use Fireside for fraud, spam, solicitation, illegal activity, or commercial promotion not approved by us.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant TMAIDA a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute that content only as reasonably needed to operate, improve, secure, and promote Fireside. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content and that it does not violate law or another person’s rights.
Other members and offline interactions
You are responsible for your interactions with other members, including messages, Hangouts, travel, meetings, and relationships. Use reasonable judgment and read our meeting-safety notice.
Moderation and termination
We may review reports and content, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, or preserve and disclose information where reasonably necessary to operate the service, enforce these Terms, protect people, or comply with law. You may stop using Fireside or request account deletion at any time.
Service changes and availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. Fireside may be unavailable because of maintenance, outages, third-party services, or events outside our control. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fireside is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or that use will produce a relationship, friendship, or particular outcome. To the fullest extent allowed by law, TMAIDA and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss arising from member conduct, content, meetings, data loss, or service interruption.
Apple terms
If you downloaded Fireside through Apple, Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, maintenance, support, warranties, or claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them as they relate to your licensed use of the app.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Continued use after the new terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions can be sent to support@firesidesaints.com.
